Retiarius Internet run a support service during normal UK working hours (08.30 - 18.00 Monday to Friday) with emergency support outside those hours.

Retiarius is a very small company and though we endeavour to provide the highest quality we cannot guarantee 24/7 support and request that non-emergency matters be dealt with during UK working hours.

In the event that an emergency occurs outside of those times you should initially report the fault via our help desk.
