Retiarius Internet Design believe in giving the very best possible customer service. Please us our helpdesk system to make your enquiries.

Retiarius Internet run a support service during normal UK working hours (08.30 - 18.00 Monday to Friday) with emergency support outside those hours.

Retiarius is a very small company and though we endeavour to provide the highest quality we cannot guarantee 24/7 support and request that non-emergency matters be dealt with during UK working hours.

In the event that an emergency occurs outside of those times you should initially report the fault via our help desk.

Email blocking by some hotels - Dreamhost solution

Solution Some hotels block computer port 25 which is used for making email connections. It prevents their clients spamming emails from the hotel's IP address.

Dreamhost allow you to use port 587 instead to connect to get around this problem (see below)

You will need to change the SMTP port number on your email program to be
587 rather than 25.
